Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love your jewellery but if you're not perfectly satisfied:

You can return your jewellery for a full refund within 14 days of receipt

All items must be unworn and in their original packaging

Return costs are not covered

Returns are sent at customer's risk so please use a tracked service and keep a proof of posting

If any item is faulty, please email eastislandseaglass@gmail.com and we will offer you a refund upon receipt of returned item. Postage costs will be rembursed
